From my regular conversations with hotel owners, time spent reading industry reports and my own personal observations I have identified five quirky hotel practices that will soon become mainstream business culture. Each of these industry changes are already visible, albeit on the margins, but are yet to make the full transition to becoming the standard mode of doing business. This article will look at these factors from the perspective of a hotel property management software (PMS) provider, with a particular focus on changes we may be required to make to our product.
